I doubt it's coming to Nintendo's new platform, not necessarily because it's under-powered but because of the questions surrounding multiplayer, but I hope it does. While we know the game will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, Activision hasn't actually necessarily ruled out the Switch. Most games launch on Tuesdays, but Activision started releasing games on Friday so that gamers would have the weekend to play them, which is kind of cool. Still, I'd love to see Call of Duty branch out and try new things.Ĭall of Duty: World War II will launch on Nov. Nothing more fun to kill than Nazis and Zombies, so putting the two together just makes sense. I'd love to see a different kind of co-op mode for a change. I'm sure Nazi Zombies will still be fun. It's not that zombies are bad, it's just that the formula is wearing a little thin at this point. I was hoping we'd get a new take on multiplayer co-op but it looks like we're in for more zombies this year. Zombie mode returns to 'Call of Duty: WWII.' The story campaign delivers the gritty authenticity and cinematic intensity of WWII combat, honoring the unforgettable heroism of the Fighting First. and the French Resistance, across the beaches of Normandy, to the liberation of Paris and ultimately into Germany, the squad must fight alongside a global and diverse cast of characters to achieve victory. Featuring a global cast of characters across Europe, players will follow the gripping story of Ronald “Red” Daniels, a young United States Army private, as he and his squad, the legendary US 1st Infantry Division, trek through the harrowing European theater of war.
